This is a hearty fruit forward healthy cake. Its not to sweet and yet the glaze gives it just a touch of sweetness the whole wheat needs, it could be a great coffee morning cake without the sugar rush. Each card comes in a plastic sleeve and is mailed in a stiff mailer to prevent bending.
